Key responsibilities/ accountabilities:
- Complete ownership of Digital Revenue maintaining sustainable and profitable growth for the business.
- Manage and Coordinate Onboarding, integration, Menu architecture, Operational Performance metrics, and Streamline processes, and systems to maximize the Delivery experience.
- Manage and own the P&L across channels effectively. Understanding of Partner's P&L and business decisions based on the same is expected.
- Work closely with top aggregators for a long-term partnership and drive strategic goals.
- Build and track key business metrics. Use data resources available across business metrics to build deeper insights for business on a regular basis.
- Align Weekly/monthly activation on consumer offerings in conjunction with the internal teams.
- Identify growth avenues for channels with deeper engagement.
- Be on top of the competitive landscape in terms of positioning in the ecosystem.
- Stakeholder management is a critical task.
Functional/ Technical competencies:
- Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into an analytical framework.
- Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve a problem.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables.
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
- Should have a good understanding of the digital landscape across the E-com vertical.
- Will be an individual contributor, with the ability to excel in a fast-evolving digital environment.
- Should be excellent with business analysis, should have hard-core execution skills & high bias for action.
- Must demonstrate a high level of ownership and responsibility for driving assigned business outcomes.
- Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities as the business & operations evolve
