Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create Go-to-market plans, idea-ted campaigns and designed landing pages for product launches

- Engaging the target audience and clients through unique marketing strategy

- Identify, design, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships

- Design product marketing content for B2B and B2C

- Marketing of Virtual education solution.

- Create and manage marketing content across web, social media, email management, mobile, video, and traditional mediums.

- Initiate and manage sales & Business Development processes. Establish new client opportunities across education markets along with other related industries. In collaboration with the scientific delivery team, convert the client opportunities into long term strategic alliances. Responsible for providing advice and direction for the development of company marketing programs media relations and PR activities, brand reputation.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that maximizes opportunities across Re-purposing service offerings.

- Keep a track of customer and competitor intelligence along with the market trends within education industry

- Understand Customer Strategy, Organizational Structure, Objectives and needs to gain clear understanding of their requirements both current and future.

- Be responsible for building the brand in the market through appropriate channels, continuous customer interactions and effective marketing campaigns.

- Evolve relationship with its clients from a vendor to that of strategic partner.

- Conduct business analysis, drive and document business requirements, plans and specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives

- Review, evaluate, and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs.

- New Lead Generation through Digital Channel.

Strategic Solutions :

- Planning go-to market activities for enterprise solutions across industries; recruiting tactical calendar plan.

- Developing strategic marketing assets competitive battle cards, client presentations, thought leadership executive briefs, brochures etc.

- Running campaigns; managing the pipeline targets; liaising with field marketing managers to achieve targets.

- Building the brand and devising various innovative techniques to educate on branding standards.

- CEO in other strategic initiatives and areas of thought leadership.

- Market research and Analyst relations.

Digital Marketing/ Social Media :

- Developing digital strategy for product launches, events, campaigns, releases etc. Translating the strategy into action items - tip sheets, ready to execute tactics, webinars, info graphics, blogging calendar, videos etc.

- Planning digital campaigns email campaigns, survey-led campaigns and social campaigns.

- Strengthening social eminence, analyzing social insights using web analytics tools.

PR/Communications /Media Relations :

- Develop a PR strategy for the company and focus on enhancing media relations to build visibility and protect the brand reputation of the company.

- Handling the public relation activities and responsible for negotiating with the international agency, etc.

- Develop and roll out the annual internal communications plan and calendar aligned to the organizational goals, vision and values.

- Plan and implement a communications programme for the CEO and the leadership team. Provide support to drive key messages across various communication platforms

Salary range - 3-10 LPA
