Assistant Manager - Finance (Remote)

- Take complete ownership and manage the end to end Statutory Compliances of various entities within the group by working closely with Consultants

- Work with stakeholders to drive monthly and annual financial book close process

- Prepare MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Support the Statutory audit of group entities by liaising with Group Auditors

- Participate in the ongoing development/ establishment of accounting policies, procedures, and SOPs including the review and implementation of process and system changes.

- Provide Support with Due Diligence related activities

- Work closely with various internal teams and the head of finance on specific projects
