Bubunu - Cofounder/CEO - Sales

We are looking for a face and brain to front end the organization as co-founder

- Must have: PASSION, Credible, Ethical Female/male (Female preferred) from IIT IIM ONLY with at least 6 years of work experience.

- Good to have : past entrepreneurship experience of e com/digital, connect/ network amongst investor community, past experience of fund raise, worked as founder / CEO in bootstrapped set up.

- She/he shall be the front leader, managing the organization on day to day basis, setting up the leadership team, strategizing the growth plans, managing organizational PnL, fund raise and Investor management, Able to motivate team members and lead by example. strong analytical skills, ability to adjust in a diverse work culture and should be able to set up best work practice.

- Creative thinker having strong business acumen, agility in work style and attitude to adapt to every situation fast.

- Passion to fuel organizational growth is a key trait that we anticipate being a leadership position.

- Financial planning, Administrative control and guidance, Network development, understanding of digital marketplace / E com, Managing large Corporate clients, Franchisee development, Financial planning, optimizing available resources and creating new ones for business growth. new product development are some of the key functions.

- Past experience of entrepreneurship/digital transformation shall be an added advantage.

- Required to lead a team of 120 team members and growing.
