Job Description
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing the marketing plans of the group with targeted focus on consumer satisfaction.
- Further develop and implement the organization’s marketing strategy to meet the needs of the overall business plan specific to India.
- Evaluate and analyze customer feedback, conditions of the market, gaps in the market, competitor information, and adapt the marketing strategy as needed.
- Plan and co-ordinate as necessary the work of all departments to ensure maximum productivity of all the organizations’ resources.
- Oversee all recruitment, training requirements and performance management of the entire marketing and sales staff to ensure maximum productivity.
The Successful Applicant
- You will have a MBA degree from a top tier institute with 8-11 years marketing experience with a global MNC preferably in the healthcare sector.
- You will have spent the last few years in a team handling capacity with a proven track record of success.
- You must have excellent communication, be highly driven with strong awareness of global marketing strategies and trends.
