The Sourcing Center of Competence (CoC) supports the Sourcing service line within the Business Technology Office (BTO) practice. It serves as a global knowledge hub of Sourcing experts that own, maintain and deploy key proprietary knowledge assets of the service line.

Department : BTO: Outsourcing and Offshoring (O&O/Sourcing) Center of Competence (CoC)

Location: Gurgaon

Analyst :

The primary job responsibilities of the Analyst would fall into three categories :

- Collecting, analyzing and synthesizing information that serve as critical inputs to client service teams while working with them remotely or onsite. Such on-site staffing could be regional or global in nature.

- Developing expertise in one or two topics and potentially developing and managing proprietary knowledge assets of the service line.

- Being part of a global team, collaborating and actively contributing to the work flow/activities within the team.

- As an Analyst you will be expected to possess and build a good understanding of industry trends/issues and have distinctive knowledge in the end to end lifecycle of outsourcing and offshoring from opportunity identification, to strategy, vendor selection, shared services operations etc.

- Your work will help shape critical business decisions for our clients and will require you to do in-depth analysis, data modeling and communicating it in a structured and top-down manner.

Qualifications :

- MBA (or equivalent) from a reputed business school, with 3-5 years of work experience in shared service / BPO operations. Experience in Digitization in back office operations would be an advantage. A B.E./ B.Tech background would be preferred

- Strong understanding and knowledge of IT/ITES industry issues and competitive trends

- Excellent English communication skills

- Professional attitude and service orientation

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment and to travel to other offices/client locations for short/long term assignments
