A Leading Management consulting is looking for BT Lead L & ED Specialist

Responsibilities

- The BT Curriculum Lead will be responsible for supporting the overall BT Learning Curriculum strategy

- This role will partner with the technology group across all offices, for their intensive Bootcamp program and Curriculum

- Lead the design, development timeline, and implementation plans of key curriculum areas. Establish customized measurement strategies on solutions

- This role will be responsible in making sure the bootcamp plan is working seamlessly and is partnering with different facilitators, delivery/technology leads and ensuring that project ready resources are being developed

- This role will identify, partner & plan for designing & developing courses/ sessions as required with external vendors

- This role will partner with the Office/ Region L&ED Lead for supporting any project specific BT requirements

- Monitor evaluation data and stakeholder feedback; develop improvement plans where needed

- Collaborate with extended internal and external instructional designers to execute project plans

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree/MBA highly preferred)

- 8-12 years relevant work experience, multinational/global professional services

- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage large scale learning technology bootcamp programs

- Demonstrated ability to manage individuals and teams

- Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams

- Ability to navigate matters to closure in ambiguous situations

- Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization. Should have the ability to create and deliver presentations to large audiences and leadership teams

- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against stringent timelines
