BSH-Group - Manager - Finance - CA/CWA

- Lead a team of qualified professionals for financial and cost accounting compliances under Companies Act, Cost Record Rules and other applicable regulations.

- Active involvement with auditors for timely completion of Statutory, Tax, IFRS, Cost audits and Audits by Regulatory bodies

- Business Planning, Budgeting and Financial Projections

- Formulation and implementation of Internal Controls with respect to all processes related to Finance and Accounts Department

- Liaison with various banks, consultants and government authorities

- Cash Flow and liquidity planning and reporting

- Active involvement in various MIS and reporting requirements (internal and external)

- Define business requirements and co-ordinate with SAP IT colleagues to ensure the maintenance of financial records as per IFRS and IGAAP and maintenance of cost records as per Cost records rules in SAP.

- Tax Planning and Transfer Pricing compliance along with Taxation department

Basic Qualifications Required:

- Qualified CA/ CWA with post qualification work experience of minimum 4 years.

- Strong financial acumen.

- Willingness to learn and grow.
