Educational Level:

B.Tech & MBA, M.Tech or equivalent

Working Experience:

8-12 years of sales experience in any one of the vertical/domain areas of which atleast 4-5 years should be in preparing large bids as solution architect for telecom or IT networking products.

1. With your strong business acumen and understanding of current and future trends, you construct and deliver superior customized solutions.

2. You work in close collaboration with the sales team and support them in understanding and meeting customer connectivity/solutioning requirements right from the presales stage to the project execution stage.

3. Managing bids for the set of allocated accounts is a significant area of your responsibility .

4. With excellent people management skills you manage a team of senior consultants& solution architects.

5. You drive OB and Revenue targets managed by the sales team.

6. You play an important role in facilitating co-development and designing of accurate Product Information Documents (PIDs) with the product management team

7. Revenue protection by upsell and cross sell in cases of Rate renewal

Key challenges will be around:

1. Customer expectations on cost effective, feasible and innovative solution provisioning

2. Integration of various voice and data transmission technologies

3. Concurrent increase in infrastructure & project implementation support

4. Pricing inputs on basis of market data/ trends for a particular solution

Impact of position on:

Revenue :

1. Revenue handled : 200 – 250 crore (annually)

2. Conversion of at least 70% proposed solutions into confirmed billable business for the Business.

3. Deployable solutions with minimal customization for a large number of customers

Budget :

1. Pricing on basis of market data/trends for the solution and their viability from financial angle.
