The Role: You will be in charge of planning and executing BrowserStack's social media strategy across relevant channels. You will create highly engaging campaigns that help in driving product adoption and also create a positive sentiment for the brand. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a great communicator, and have a natural grasp of social media and relevant trends. Key Responsibilities: - Day-to-day publishing and reporting across BrowserStack's social media channels. - Social listening - both positive and negative and create a process for being actionable. - Ensure social is an integral part of all marketing campaigns - both strategic and operational. - Reporting across social media channels and social campaigns. - Own the social calendar. - Design and execute social campaigns that will help engage, grow and educate our followers - Grow BrowserStack's social following while ensuring quality of followers & engagements - Apply and maintain consistency with the BrowserStack voice.
