About Role:   Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Finance division through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.   Key Responsibilities:   - Accounting   - MIS & Reporting   - Domestic Taxation   - International Taxation & Accounting   - Compliance   - Audit   - Treasury / Forecasting & Funds   - Investment   - Responsible for a full array of financial functions cash management, working capital management, corporate finance, control, audit, financial planning & analysis, and investor relations.   - Ensure that all regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are met in a timely manner. Put in place and deliver a robust MIS reporting system required for external and internal stakeholders.   - Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of Accounting Function   - Standardize and implement policies, procedures and formats for general accounting, preparing and updating the bank reconciliation statement and other P/L schedules   - Managing Accounts payable include ensuring timely payments of various stakeholders including statutory dues   - Prepare/Review other various tax filings: Annual reports, Income Tax, Sales Tax, etc.   - Lead and drive all aspects of effective financial management for the company, and optimizing the use of capital.   - Advice the Founders & Directors on the financial implications and risks related to key issues and important strategic decisions; keep them posted, on a timely basis, regarding ongoing financial condition of the organization.   - Good Knowledge of International Accounting, Companies Act, Income Tax and various corporate statutes   - Preferably experience in accounting & finance function in eCommerce companies   Require Key Skills:   - CA / MBA in Finance from with minimum 6 years post qualification experience   - Internet / Technology services experience preferable with knowledge of USGAAP/Singapore GAAP and exposure to operations in international markets   - Technically sound across various areas of finance including taxation (esp. VAT/Excise) and Cos.
