Description As a Paid Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in helping the Marketing team accelerate the growth of BrowserStack. You will be responsible for all Paid channels for driving demand to BrowserStacks suite of products. Key Responsibilities - Drive growth of leads and signups, for our suite of products, leveraging all paid channels of acquisition such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn ads - Drive brand awareness growing organic traffic, brand search, and direct traffic leveraging all paid channels of acquisition such as StackOverflow, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, GDN, and LinkedIn Ads - Be numbers-driven and ensure we get a healthy RoI on our paid campaigns - Align all campaigns with the organizational growth objectives - Work closely with multiple teams in Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, Design and Engineering - Execute rapid experiments on campaign targeting, messaging and landing page experience, to improve overall conversion rates - Provide insights and analytical reports to monitor all campaign performances - Build strategies, prepare budgets and execute campaigns in a timely and organized manner Requirements - 8-12 years of relevant experience in paid performance marketing at a tech / SaaS company - Deep experience in the hands-on running of multiple campaigns across channels like Google Search, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, GDN, and Reddit - Good familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, DV360, Ads Manager, SEMRush, Ahrefs - Driven Brand Awareness for a SaaS company is an added plus - Understanding of a typical SaaS Lead to Opportunity to Deal Closure is an added plus Benefits We believe in direct ownership of ideas and responsibilities in an environment where you get to learn a wide array of bleeding-edge skills.
