Browntape - eCommerce Category Manager

Experience : 2-3 years experience in an eCommerce Marketplace or experience of handling multi-channel eCommerce for a brand/company.

Various large retail groups outsource their multi-channel eCommerce to us. We need smart, passionate individuals to lead and grow these enterprise accounts. You grow if you generate good sales for our clients online and of course keep the process well oiled

You must have :

- 2 to 5 years operational experience in the e-commerce industry.

- Experience in client management, business generation roles.

- Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English

- Ninja-level skills with MS Excel

- Exposure to business software like ERPs, Inventory systems, accounting packages or other such

- A calm demeanor such that you are able to handle pressure situations which are bound to happen

What your job will entail :

- Managing the business of a number of clients depending on the size of their accounts

- Grow the GMV of these clients on the various Marketplaces.

- Build relations with the top 10 e-commerce sites in India

- Ensure that all the products of the clients are listed correctly on all marketplaces

- Report on numbers to the management team and the client

- Advise clients on business improvements that can results in increased sales.

- Generate more and more business for the clients

Along with the salary, every quarter you will be paid commissions based on the sales that you are able to generate for clients under you.
