We're looking for someone to lead the Marketing team and initiatives at Browntape  Location:Goa  Experience: 10+ years in a Digital Marketing role with at least 2 years in the eCommerce industry.  Responsibilities:  - Manage Marketing, Branding and Communication teams and processes.  - Work closely with the Founders and heads of various departments to plan marketing spends for Browntape's products and services.  - Manage in-house writers and freelancers for Content Marketing.  - Create and execute digital strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement.  - Analyze online data and effectively leverage them to drive digital program effectiveness.  - Work closely with creative teams to develop and implement campaigns  - Be adept with the dynamic Digital Marketing Scenario and understand SEM, Social Marketing, Mobile Display, retargeting and affiliate marketing.  Skills Required  - SEO & Content Marketing  - SEM - Google PPC and Adsense  - SMM - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.  - Display advertising - Google network, standalone websites, other inventory networks  - Mobile advertising  - Team Planning, Recruitment & Management  Working knowledge of:  - Adroll/Perfect Audience/Retargeter/Chango  - Zedo/Doubleclick
