Title: AVP/VP- Head Comp & Benefits

Key Responsibilities :
This role heads the total rewards function for Broadridge India, with the following responsibilities :
- Own end to end compensation, benefits and wellness, Annual compensation benchmarking, compensation review exercises
- Monitor and ensure pay parity, Oversee rewards ops activities & audit
- Manage Workforce planning & Budgeting, Create and track payroll budget for the org
- Benefit design, wellness activities & calendar, Manage benefits budget
- Oversee benefits ops activities, Policy owner for all benefit policies
- Ensure audit compliance on all policies, Introduce up to date, competitive and employee centric policies
Competencies
- Should be able to lead & develop the team and provide ongoing feedback, manage potential conflicts and create a sense of purpose and drive within the team
- Should be able to partner with business leadership and use data driven approach to ensure the company leads the market for innovative and best practices in compensation, and act as an
Experience/Qualification :
- PG Diploma / MBA in HR or similar
- 12-15 years in total rewards (Compensation & benefits), with at least 2-3 years leading a team. Knowledge of employee stock planning, executive compensation and benefits regulations are a must.
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, Job analysis & evaluation, LTI design
