BRM Lead - Go To Market - Manufacturing - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Position Title: BRM Lead - Go To Market (GTM)

Reporting to- Asia South BRM Lead

Department- GIS, Asia (IT)

Location- Gurgaon

- End to end responsibility of assigned projects from conceptualization, prepare business case, supplier selection, development to delivery - projects could be in Go-To- Market area like CRM, distributor automation etc.

- Work closely with Sales, Service & Marketing teams in IT enablement of their strategy and partner with internal business and external suppliers in delivery of the solutions.

- Partner with regional as well as global GIS teams to ensure strategic alignment with Global guidelines and objectives and on-time delivery of the initiatives.

- To be a bridge between Business & IT. You are required to understand the business requirements and translate the same into Technical Specifications to be either provided to the in-house team or to Vendors.

- Manage the delivery from service providers during project as well as business as usual phase

- Oversee the formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project status while ensuring that systems and services support the daily business operations.

- Change management, communication, training needs

- Managing digital technology projects, ecommerce, google app projects etc

- Prepare business case for projects viability and approval

Qualifications - BTech with MBA from premier schools

Experience :

- 7 to 9 Years of project implementation experience in a manufacturing organization,preferably in Go-To- Market area.

- Strong functional knowledge of Digital, ERP or CRM tools

- Cross cultural experience - with Business and IT teams across geographies

- Stakeholder management

- Familiarity with digital technologies, google apps, programming languages

- Ability to drive projects from initiation to delivery

- Good understanding of business processes especially in Sales & Marketing Area

- Exposure in working with Business Analytics tools (BW, QlikView etc.)

- Project management certification
