Based At: Mumbai

Educational Qualifications:

- Engineering Graduate with MBA preferred

- Certifications on International Business, Subsidiary management preferred.

Minimum relevant Work Experience: 6-9 years of relevant experience

JOB STATEMENT:

- Manage IT Consolidation, shared services, reuse of capabilities across the group companies

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage relationship with IT management of all the downstream subsidiaries

- Manage relationship with IT management of downstream subsidiary companies

- Extend the reuse of technologies, partners and services across the group subsidiary companies

- Manage subsidiary governance for system standardization across subsidiaries

- Set up procedure to identify the infrastructure and application support requirements of subsidiaries

- Identifying the best practices across all subsidiary companies and parent company and ensure deployment of the same across all subsidiary

- Manage downstream subsidiaries

- 10 subsidiaries

- Shared IT landscape

- Shared IT systems

- Integration and collaboration opportunities

- Ensure debit notes are raised on the subsidiary for all the services rendered to the subsidiary companies

- Helping the subsidiary company identify the future technologies and map the same with the parent company
