Product Manager - IC

- You'll be part of the digital product team building a once in a generation product called "Global Fabric". We're building a new international, high-capacity, fully programmable network that is highly secure and sustainable, built to deliver on our ambition to be the world's most trusted connector of people, devices, and machines.
- This world class hardware will be powered by a digital platform that we call "network-as-aservice" (NaaS). It features a network command centre and an e-commerce engine that lets businesses can take control of even the most advanced connectivity protocols directly from an app.
- We're also creating an ecosystem for developers, with APIs and a marketplace that's integrated with over 630 digital service providers and 700 datacentres, and covering cloud providers, last mile access, SaaS, and SASE solutions.
- This digital platform is what you'll be building with us - a 0-1 digital B2B platform that will disrupt our industry forever. We're looking for an experienced senior product leader that's built digital products for B2B, in marketplaces, APIs, dashboards, or e-commerce - which you've launched and then driven growth for. Who You Are:
- You have experience building B2B, SaaS or have a background in Public Cloud.
- Experience working with developers and a technical knowledge of developer tools.
- You'll need to know how to work with the developer community and understand the lifecycle of software development.
- You'll need a relentless drive to try new things, and an eye for detail.
- You will own the product roadmap and collaborate with the developer community and scale our services.
- You take ownership of big objectives with big goals, working with a cross-functional team, and maintaining a bias for action.
- You have deep empathy for the needs of developers and are obsessed with talking to your users.
- Experience working with direct sales, marketing, and defining pricing, and can drive developer-led growth.
- We're a start-up team in a corporate. So, you'll need to thrive working in a highly technical, fast paced, and at time very ambiguous environment, yet can appreciate how large organisations works.
- Skilfully managing a wide variety of senior set of stakeholders with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience required
- Ideally, first-hand software development or design experience
- Experience building products/services related to APIs, identity verification, authentication, fraud, billing, messaging, or telecom.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to spearhead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your part of Global Fabric.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and refinement.
- Support your engineering team in delivering quality features efficiently, and your global go-to-market team in selling them.
- Get your hands dirty, align executives, convince peers, and coordinate dependencies to get-it-done.
- Be the voice of the customer in every conversation and decision, conducting thorough research and analysis to identify customer pain points
- Deeply understand market trends, and competitive landscapes, leveraging these insights to drive differentiation in our product.
- Set ambition goals and continuously monitor them to drive success.
- Continuously prioritise features and roadmaps based on active data and insight.
- Own monetisation and growth, using optimisation levers to ensure we deliver for the overall product vision
