Purpose of job: To act as Technical Subject Matter Expert who is responsible alongside the team for planning, implementing and managing Application Design and Development activities across a global multi-site environment, ranging from Bespoke to SaaS platform integrations. To matrix manage virtual partner teams on development activities; to consult, analyse, specify, design, develop, integrate and support (second / third line) IS solutions as enablers for British Council's global business activities, throughout their service lifecycle.
