Job Title : SDM ( Senior)

Purpose of the Role : To work in tandem with the brands/regions for better sales effectiveness
Reporting To : National Sales Development Manager
Number of positions reporting to the role : 2
Job Responsibilities :
Planning and influencing the GT Urban Business and influencing the Urban MS/ND
- To influence the width and the depth of the Urban distribution
- To identify the categories, plan and give shape to interventions to increase the Urban MS.
- Keep a constant tab on the quality of execution through regular audits
- Work in close association with the brand teams to promote the Premium portfolio
- Ensure AW quality index consistency with bettering the AQ scores on a month on month basis
Drive Brand Activations :
- Driving on ground execution of various brand activations, combos, visibility elements, cross promos etc.
- Developing visibility elements for the channel by understanding customer needs and space in GT channel with special focus on the VI in Kats
- Trade Activations to promote specific Brands in select geographies
RTM and ZDI implementation and revenue extraction :
- RTM extraction with focus on 'purity of RTM execution' with special focus on dairy and innovation business development
- ZDI implementation in the top 10 Metros
AW Urban consolidation :
- Assess potential for AW consolidation and work on the execution of the same with the Regional teams
- ECO audits / Missed call opportunity / Contributing in IT upgrades
- Get 100% of the ECOs audited through the a third party auditor. CRM development and business extraction from the call center, facilitating the IT developments in the field of billing automation / Missed call alert

Educational Qualification : MBA (Specialization in Sales & Marketing) from a Premier B School
Preferred Total Experience : 7-10 years (Preferred Telecom / FMCG/ Beverages)
Preferred Relevant Experience : 2 - 3 years (handling a team of 2-3 people / Data analytics in an IT based environment)
