Bristlecone is seeking a candidate with experience and knowledge in identifying and qualifying potential clients, partnership & alliances for software services / software products. This is a quota-carrying position with focus on generating an opportunity pipeline for the Sales & Pre-sales teams through cold calling, Emailing, partnerships, digital marketing and similar channels. In this role, your primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting, generating interest to uncover Sales Ready opportunities and qualifying new leads in a team environment within North and East India.

1. Responsibilities:

- This profile requires ownership of targets and end-to-end handling of leads / opportunities with Sales team.

- The person has to develop a complete Business Development plan, build and execute strategies. He is also required to build complete interactions with stakeholders internal/ external.

- Should build a good network in corporate market.

- Ability to achieve sales targets between 4 Million to 6 million dollars

- Initiate conversations with decision makers, qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understand business needs, and create new business opportunities within an assigned territory.

- Ability to manage multiple roles if required - sales, Presales, Marketing and Alliances.

2. Requirements:

- 8-10 yrs enterprise s/w sales experience primarily SAP, Oracle EBS .

- worked in Auto, FMCG, f&b, pharma/chemical

- individual contributor

- Noida base location, covering North and East India

Academic Requirements :

- Bachelors Engineering / MBA, previous experience in a team environment and technology savvy.

- A proven track record of competition, success, and building relationships. Demonstrates strong business communication skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication, ability to communicate effectively and can demonstrate interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience with software sales is highly desirable.
