M&A - Analyst/Associate

Role :

- Researching industry trends and competition which will help in identifying areas of focus for acquisitions

- Evaluating potential acquisition targets - both qualitatively and quantitatively

- Preparing investment memos/ target profiles for the senior management

- Supporting the entire deal cycle - from sourcing till closing, including integration

- Supporting fundraising and other strategic activities

- Support with the internal and external stakeholders' co-ordination; Internal stakeholders would include BU heads & support functions and external stakeholders would include investment bankers, diligence agencies, consultants etc

Required qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in finance from reputed institutions, with 1-3 years of experience in Corporate M&A or Investment banking or investment research

- Strong corporate finance, analytical and communication skills

- Position will be based out of Bangalore/Pune and will be reporting to the Director - M&A
