Brisam Retail - Associate Director - Warehouse Trainer - Supply Chain/Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Strategy, Planning and Implementation of learning interventions (functional / behavioral) for supply chain / logistics operations team at all levels.

- Identifying training needs across all organisation levels for the operations team through analysis of the existing competencies.

- Design and drive the learning interventions (functional / behavioral) and align programs with business objectives for employees at all level including contractual workforce

- Manage content development, identify technology tools, integrations for the training programs for supply chain / logistics operations relevant for our business.

- Drive Periodic evaluation and feedback cycles for the training programs.

- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Operations leaders, COO and HR head

- to design, develop and execute learning solutions to positively impact the business need and learner experience.

- Optimise the time to proficiency and improving productivity and performance to meet the business objectives and organizational goals.

- Train, coach and mentor trainers and content developers

Desired Education and Experience:

- 8-15 years of experience in Training Management roles with desired experience in Retail /eCommerce / FMCG with exposure to Supply Chain / Warehousing / Logistics

- Post graduation from premier B-school preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have experience working in a high growth start-up environment

- Must have experience managing a large distributed team

- Experience in developing training manuals, e-learning modules, multimedia for business excellence and achieving customer satisfaction.

- Proficient in New Hire Training, Train the Trainer (TTT), Refresher Training, Soft Skills Training, Enhancing Customer Experience, Content Development, Team Management.

- Expertise in warehousing, supply chain management and logistics - Last Mile operations processes
