- Develops sales Plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company.
- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
- Position requires 3- 7 years of Experience mainly with Beverage /FMCG/ HORECA/MT with excellent communication skills.
- Appointment / expansion of Distribution network and retail bandwidth /MT.
- Executing in Staff Training of the Hotels, Meeting Top line F&B and key deciding person of the Hotels and restaurants.
- Plan Direct and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives of the company
- Generate sales of the company products in the region through expansion of outlets and use innovative ideas to achieve the annual sales targets with a regular approach and developing new sub distributors and customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, outlet expansion , competitor activity and continuously search for new growth opportunities within the region
- Support channel partners by sustaining and growing existing customer base.
