Head of Marketing
The Role :
The Head of Marketing is a leadership role responsible for our global marketing strategy while managing demand generation campaigns, building value propositions for all our targeted segments, use cases & market sectors, managing our web presence & coordinating outreach programs, as well as optimizing our online business.
What will you do : - Design, implement, and improve the go-to-market strategy for our group considering all our products and services.
- Manage and oversee the strategy and day-to-day activities of the following areas: demand generation, inbound marketing, design, PR activity, support sales initiatives, Branding, and Events, tracking related KPIs (key performance indicators) and revenue impact.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, and other marketing projects with a specific focus on market insight, sizing, and building routes to market.
- Manage marketing budgets to boost brand awareness and strategic positioning.
- Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Stay up to date with the latest market trends, keep track of competitors, and develop battle-cards
- Attend and/or participate in conventions, conferences, and tradeshows
- Proactively collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product & Support teams, to help with pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
- Manage external stakeholder relationships spanning partners and vendors.
- Drawing meaningful insights from data, analytics, and KPIs to present regular reports to the CEO
You Must Have: - 5+ years of experience in Marketing and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Core product marketing competency with successfully executed go-to-market campaigns
- MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields
- Excellent understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics (Linkedin Ads/Facebook/Paid search)
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral / written)
- Strong analytical, managerial, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Creativity, drive, efficiency, and self-motivated critical thinking ability
- Strong team player mentality with a positive attitude & energy
- Ability to organize with high standards of quality and precision
