Brillio - Solution Architect - Big Data

As an Architect, one has to provide technical leadership to a range of Analytics projects within Brillio. The incumbent will be responsible for capturing architectural requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solution to proposals. He/She will assist Project teams to perform design to deployment-related activities, perform reviews and resolve technical issues.

Hands on experience in (6 or more of the following points)

a. Data Migration from On-premise to Cloud solution (Azure or AWS)

b. Hadoop Distribution- Hortonworks or Cloudera

c. Distributed compute solution (Spark, Azure Stream Analytics, HDInsight, EMR)

d. Functional solution (AWS Lambda, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions)

e. Distributed storage (Azure Data Lake, Redshift, SQL DW, Azure Data lake Analysis, S3)

f. NoSQL storage (Azure Cosmos DB, AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Hbase, Neo4j)

g. Languages (R, python, Java, C#, PowerShell)

h. DW-BI (MSBI, Oracle, Teradata)

Experience- 8 to 15 years of IT experience, including experience in designing Big Data & Cloud solution architecture

Additional responsibilities:

- Experience in managing offshore/onshore resources/teams and stakeholders.

- Understand business requirements and provide architectural blueprints.

- Recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure high quality solutions.

- Mentor the team.

- Provide support to Pre-sales team in building RFP
