Brillio - Project Manager - Salesforce

Job Overview

- Manage projects for a large client or multiple clients on Salesforce and Commerce platforms

 - Provide Project delivery oversight, ownership, excellence and governance for projects 

- Manages customer expectations and drives customer delight - Conducts risk assessment and proactively mitigates risk 

- Maintains quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

 - Implementing projects using Agile and improve understanding of Agile for the team 

- Identifies team training needs and facilitates enablement

 - Provides goal setting, coaching and counselling to team members; Drives employee engagement and ensures low attrition

 - Participates in presales for estimation and delivery model 

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Candidate Profile : 

- Education level - BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc.

Specific skills / Total Experience :

- Overall 14+ yrs of experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience working in a large organization - Experience with leading a large team for a given project or multiple smaller projects 

- Ability to plan and execute plans to manage various aspects of project realization including scope, quality, schedule, cost and risk - Well versed with Salesforce.com. force.com and ecosystem of Salesforce.com; Knowledge of Java or Dot Net.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail

Preferred Skills - Certifications- Agile SCRUM Master, Prince2 

- Experience working in a product development environment
