Manager/Lead - Engineering Excellence (Role for enhancing Engineering Quotient) - This role is responsible to drive change management initiatives. Prime responsibility of this role is to raise the engineering quotient of individuals and teams in driving customer success. Should have 2+ years of expertise in driving engineering quotient improvement in IT services organization Key Responsibilities : - Conceptualize initiatives, create plans & roadmap - Network with experts internally and externally to build interest groups and drive the program - Bring thought leadership, perform external benchmarking and lead the solution. Define tools and methods to provide solution. - Measure and monitor the program, drive stakeholder alignment continually, retrospect and improve the overall effectiveness of the program - Manage change and continually improve the program - Create ways and means to communicate internally and to customers Key Skills/Experience : - Expertise in conceptualizing, and driving initiatives - B.E or equivalent with 10+ years of experience - Good understanding of engineering & latest technologies/methods - Driving change management initiatives - Flair to do trainings on relevant topics - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Self-driven & result oriented individual - Aptitude for learning and innovation - willingness to think - outside the box-
