Roles and Responsibilities:

- Pre-Initiation: Should validate the solution proposed vs estimates while aiding market team to clinch the deal

- Initiation: Conducts program kick off bringing all stakeholders together enables the smooth take-off with clear program goals and objectives

- Execution: To drive the best practices of engineering thru the execution phase, with an eye for efficiency and effectiveness in project construction

- Program Operations: Conducting scrums, tracking impediments to their closure, effective communication to all stakeholders of the program health / blockers from all departments including supporting departments (if any), with an eye for live handlers on the program like KPIs of Agile, SLAs etc,

- Governance: Conducting Periodic meetings with teams including customer sponsors, MBR / QBR, periodic review of the program health with Management and delivery / supporting units

- Team: Able to spot the skill gap in program execution, assess the impact on learning / stability curve on key dates, team recalibration and morale management

- Customer: Custodian of customer interest within delivery organization, drives CSAT goals and value creation as part of the key success criteria

- Financials: To look for every opportunity to drive cost low and improve margin / value to both customer as well delivery organization

- Process: Drives the knowledge management with in program / across the organization by identifying best practices,

Skills Required:

- Past experience exhibiting skills to handle complex and multi practice driven global programs in the infra and cloud technologies

- Managed expectations of all stakeholders including customer successfully.

- Challenge status-quo, drive improvements and value propositions in all engineering phases of a program.

- Handled a team size of at least 30-40 with diversified technologies / skill set

Must To Have : Two or three large programs delivered by the candidate with digital led transformation or Data led transformation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors / Masters in Engineering - CS. Good to have Project / Program management certification like PMP, PGMP and PRINCE
