We are looking for a professional with 10+ years of experience managing Analyst Relations & Product Marketing functions, preferably in Enterprise IT Services, who is well versed with our services & industries we serve. The candidate will directly report to the CMO and will have direct reports. Industry Analyst Relations & Product Marketing Lead This role is an essential function at Brillio and strongly focuses on several industry reports, including Forrester, Gartner, Everest & other platforms. Roles & Responsibilities - - Deepen and broaden relationships between Brillio and the global analyst community - Provide executive communications support, including presentations, briefings, and talking points to assist with the development of communications - A polished communicator who will represent the company in front of industry analysts - Develop briefing docs, messaging docs, analyst tours, trade shows, and events to support Field Marketing & other teams - Prioritize and manage incoming analyst requests for information, research support, research review, customer references, and event speakers - Establish and maintain regular communication with analysts and influencers via multiple channels, which you will develop to engage and educate these communities on Brillio strategy, roadmap, and service updates - Build relationships with analysts by effectively communicating Brillio POV, value propositions, use cases, and announcements - Respond to, serve, and manage internal requests for Industry Analysts, Influencers, Thought Leader interactions, publications, research, event support, and other requests as needed - Manage internal stakeholder requests for market and competitive intelligence; analyst thought leadership in support of market development and business planning - Generate Analyst Relations content, including briefing documents, messaging, competitive positioning, and more - Schedule briefings, inquiries, and advisory days with key analysts and influencers, our customers, and executives - Oversee annual AR budget and provide recommendations for purchased analyst research services - Negotiate, secure, and manage contracts and related services to support strategic and tactical, near-term and future requirements - Managing two essential functions as a Strategy team member may take on special projects within the team. Ideal candidate: - 10+ years of prior managerial experience with mentioned skill sets in Enterprise IT Services is a must - Able to partner with and influence executives at all levels of the organization through relationship building and executive-level presence - Should possess relationships with analysts and influencers across all leading platforms like Gartner, Forrester, Everest, and more - Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems - Ability to develop metrics, build executive summaries and communicate business and technology insights - Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail - A great team player - willing to jump in and help others, take on new responsibilities and projects - Experience working directly with executives and several cross-functioning teams - A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication is preferred.
