Responsibilities: - Play the role of Solution Architect/ SME and lead the pre-sales effort for the team - Craft proposals and conduct solution workshops - Should be able to build the solution architecture; ability to demarcate what is custom vs can be achieved through configuration of Out-of-Box functionality - Understanding of Salesforce licenses and their editions to ensure right licenses are recommended to the customers - Come up with suggestions for new features and enhancements based on Salesforce new releases - Identify opportunities to build IPs and accelerators - Work with Sales team to identify plays and develop new logo acquisition plans - Interact with business stakeholders and product owners to define requirements - Simplify & help prioritize the requirements by creating documentations like requirement matrix, user stories, process workflows, and business requirement document containing all the functional and non-functional requirements - Implement functionalities and features through configuration and customization - Review test cases designed by Quality Assurance team and perform high level functional testing to ensure high quality of product. - Conduct - User Acceptance Testing- with a group of stakeholders to get customer acceptance on the implementation. - Prepare training manuals and impart training to the end users Skill Sets/Experience Required: - 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, organizing the business needs and creating the roadmap for the team. - Should have very good understanding of Salesforce platform across products - Sales, Service & Marketing. - Experience in conducting solution workshops with clients - Should have led presales and solutioning for large deals - Experience in documenting User Stories and Business Use cases. - 3+ years working experience on end to end SDLC for at least 2 implementations - Good understanding of overall Salesforce architecture & landscape - Good understanding of process builder and workflow rules - Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model and object relationships - Good understanding of salesforce security model, profiles and user permissions - Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills - Preferred certifications - Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
