Job role and responsibilities:

We are looking for an Ecommerce Lead to grow Brillare's presence and consumer acceptance in global markets in a meaningful way and drive revenue growth through efficient and effective marketing campaigns across online channels.

Job Title : Ecommerce Lead

Reporting To : Chief Operating Officer

Location : Ahmedabad (Head Office)

Lead Brillare's Ecommerce channel through effective brand campaigns including:

- Plan and Execute Brand and business expansion in global markets across online channels

- Developing and implementing the international business development strategy and marketing and sales planning keeping local consumer needs, preferences in consideration

- Lead the development, planning, implementation, review and execution of global BD strategy, policies and procedures

- Identifying market opportunities based on local consumer insights, understanding of competitor actions and ongoing monitoring of market dynamics

- Conduct consumer research to understand the ongoing trends in the foreign market

- Ensure the gathering of market intelligence, analysis and advice on positioning, partnerships, products and services and new business development.

- Identify new business opportunities and source of revenue in the global market.

- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business

- Oversee high quality analysis, monitoring and reporting, ensuring effective gathering and reporting of market and business development management information

- Build qualified team/ agency network for efficient business plan execution

Required qualifications:

- 4-6 years of Leadership experience in international business development/ global ecommerce marketing for a beauty and personal care category

- Hand on experience in managing a multinational and/or global sales force across eCommerce,

- Proven track record of driving e-commerce business with exponential growth across global markets to drive brand equity and revenue growth

- Graduation + MBA from tier 1 institutes

- Analytical Skills: should be able to analyze the overall business performance and craft meaningful sales/marketing innovations

- Strategic Skills: Excellent negotiation and selling skills Strong presentation skills, and ability to present and sell to both large and small audiences

- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Ecommerce Analytics and hands on experience with ecommerce sales analysis

- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and effectively counter all probable hurdles/barriers and ensure appreciable performance in all KRAs
