Roles and Responsibilities:
People Strategy:
Own and execute people and culture strategy, in line with the business
Process Improvement: Engage with leadership and stakeholders to collectively strategize, assess existing processes, and develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures
HR Project Management: You will play a key role in supporting HR/ business transformation projects and initiatives from planning and development through implementation from a people/ organizational strategy perspective
Performance Management:
Oversee end-to-end performance management, including succession planning, top talent management, and retention strategies. Collaborate, coach, and execute a meritocratic culture with zero tolerance for non-performance.
Employee Engagement:
Lead employee communication and engagement programs for the hybrid and global workforce
Talent Acquisition:
Work with the leadership to augment the right talent for the organization, across the business units
