Online Presence: Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/brightchamps/about/ Crunchbase: https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/brightchamps What You'll Do: - Seeking a B2B Manager Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and implement a sales plan in accordance with the BrightChamp's vision - Roll out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches and modified sales approach depending on the nature of schools you are approaching - Hire, train and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver on the organization's sales targets - Create an extensive training plan for training sales personnel at different levels in accordance with the organization's brand positioning - Collaborate with internal product/tech teams and provide feedback to help shape future product development - Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives - Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives - Regularly and extensively track the performance of the sales team - Own recruiting, training, goal setting & monitoring of the team - Monitor competition, economic indicators and industry trends to help strategize the future growth - Being abreast about the latest developments in the space and implementing strategic/tactical plans if the need arises. - Weekly reporting to the management on sales performance. - Responsible to map the market on product/competition What you need to have: - 5-10 years of experience in direct sales of EdTech Products/ SaaS/ tech products/ services to Schools, have managed a blend of Field Sales and Inside sales - Existing contacts/relationships in a large number of schools - Have led a team of sales for more than 5+ years.
