What is product @ HealthKart like?:
Product suite at HealthKart, as you would probably know, means a bunch of profitable products, with a consistent NPS score for a very long time. The product folks here are now dealing with a challenge of scaling while incorporating the covid induced healthcare challenges and opportunities.
The role:
- Identify demand generation opportunities and work with supply-side product manager and other stakeholders to design corresponding solutions
- Own the entire software product roadmap and groom our product backlog according to business impact
- Identify and evaluate third-party solutions that can integrate with our systems to solve specific business needs
- Document product requirements and work with designers to create prototypes
- Work with the engineering team in an agile/scrum environment to help deliver products as per the documented requirements in a timely fashion
- Drive product adoption
- Define product success metrics and drive implementation of systems to track them
- Stay on top of all owned work and raise red flags as early as possible
- Motivate team members, coach junior members, and extend goodwill to other employees
Skills are we looking for:
- A great problem solver.
- Proven ability to exercise without authority across relevant teams.
- A very strong headed person dealing with internal business and ops stakeholders.
- Experience of prioritization of tasks of various types - user stories, ops, communications, risks etc.
- An understanding of how the physical and the digital worlds operate in harmony with each other - think of placing an order on an app and then its journey from the warehouse to the end customer.
- Someone with a sound understanding of the building blocks of modern websites and apps.
- A fitness freak would of course be able to appreciate the user experiences involved, so bonus points for that.
