We are looking for somebody to lead the Vitamins and Hair portfolio within the brand.
- It will be end to end Brand and P&L Management role, requiring extensive stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams like R&D, Supply Chain, Product, Technology and Channel Sales Teams.
- High-level strategic thinker with excellent attention to details
- Proven track record of success in achieving KPIs related to growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to plan and execute annual NPD calendars based on consumer insights and emerging category trends, conceptualize and formulate products alongside the R&D teams and work on pricing, packaging and GTM strategy to scale up products across online and offline channels.
- Strong hold on P&L management in a complex framework of multiple categories
- Ability to influence and make strategic recommendations and presentations to leadership.
- Expertise in leading, mentoring and developing individuals.
- This role requires a go-getter: proactive and driven to come up with new ideas and solutions, to test and fail and adapt quickly to the dynamic category environment.
- They are a consumer advocate and understand the scale up of D2C brands and the role of D2C channels.
- Demonstrated connection to fitness or health would be a great plus!
