We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Parent Relationship Manager to join our esteemed school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the school's brand and fostering positive relationships with parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive educational environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Activities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives to promote the schools, events, and achievements.

- Utilize online and offline marketing channels to capture the target audience including social media, email marketing, print materials, and events.

- Plan & Implement digital marketing strategies to create maximum awareness.

- Ensure consistent branding across all school communications and materials.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to create appealing & convincing marketing materials.

- Monitor and manage social media activities to uphold the reputation & positive image.

2. Parent Relationship Management:

- Be the point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Facilitate parent engagements, workshops, and other activities to enhance co-creation through positive involvement.

- Moderate expectations of parents and school offerings, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication.

- Represent the school at community events and engage with potential students and their families.

- Collaborate with teachers and staff to showcase academic achievements and extracurricular activities.

3. Communication:

- Develop clear and concise communication materials for both internal and external audience.

- Manage the school's media activities, ensuring timely and relevant updates.

- Drive newsletters, press releases, and other communication activities.

- Work closely with admissions, academic, and administrative teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and parent relations.

- Collaborate with teachers and students to promote a positive image of the school.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing / public relations, preferably in the field of education.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Familiarity with educational policies with passion for promoting quality education.
