What will you do :

- You will support the Managing Director to develop strategy and monitor operations across the organization with a specific focus on the Residential portfolio.

- While there exists a Residential team that drives strategy and profitability at the project level, this role will be responsible for developing a consolidated approach at a portfolio level across all geographies, current and proposed.

- There will be aspects of Residential strategy, MIS/analytics, investor relations, and business development to this role.

- In addition, you will support the Managing Director in generally discharging her responsibilities for the organization at large.

Core responsibilities :

- To dovetail the annual operating plans for the residential business with those of BD, Finance, Engineering and HR for a cohesive approach, and to monitor adherence to budget

- To further develop the existing MIS dashboards to P&L monitoring on a quarterly basis for the l business portfolio

- To coordinate for timely closure of land deals for residential development along with the business development team

- To evaluate potential funding partners for an equity platform for project development

- To prepare and present financial and strategic updates to the BOD and other stakeholders.

- To monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity and provide recommendations to the CMDO

- To collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's strategy is integrated across all the areas of business

- To collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and execute company's financial strategy and capital raising plans.
