Program Manager

Role Expectations:

- Deliver a great client experience and help them seamlessly transition the information-insights-impact journey across their analytics lifecycle

- Take ownership of business goals, convert them to analytical project goals and work with global delivery teams of BRIDGEi2i & our client organizations to leverage resources and deliver on initiatives that drive these outcomes and generate value for BRIDGEi2i's clients

- Leverage onshore presence to lead the understanding of business context and become the domain expert

- Work with teams across the client organization to enable success of initiatives

- Show technical and thought leadership in problem solving and value generation

- Work with engagement lead / account manager to identify opportunities to grow business with the client and deliver meaningful analytics services that add value

Skill Requirements:

Technical:

- 4+ years of experience in running analytics project deployments

- Has to demonstrate the ability to convert business requirements into data and analytics projects and also execute such projects

- Extensive experience in data analysis projects. Relational DBMS / SQL understanding is a must along with one data analysis tool such as R / SAS / SPSS

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and/or Kanban

- Strong business/process analysis skills and the ability to think strategically for longer term, enterprise benefit

Soft skills:

- Extensive experience creating and delivering presentations and demonstrate a comfort influencing high level executives

- Ability to lead change by effectively building commitment and winning support for initiatives

- Ability to conceptualize a project and create a vision, and lead others and follow-through on projects to completion

- Very good interpersonal skills, able to influence without authority, adaptable to changes and possess initiative and creative approaches

- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills

- Self-starters, willing to work in a start up with the motivation to build the organization as the best in the industry
