As a Head of Sales Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for owning the demand generation plans from direct and indirect channels, and building and owning the sales systems and processes for our solutions portfolio.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, the ability to maintain executive-level relationships, and strong background in building high-impact sales processes will allow you to thrive in this role.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales strategy and operations team
- Own & deliver sales strategy and planning process, demand generation campaign planning and execution, Inside sales for email and tele sale, and digital demand gen campaigns, to deliver a 3x funnel
- Creating and implementing selling processes and systems, including implementing SFDC compliance, and sales analytics across the global sales team
- Ensuring sales readiness of the sales teams, including conducting sales trainings, ensuring all sales collateral and selling tools, account, market and competitive intelligence
- Identifying, recruiting and onboarding channel partners, and executing channel sales programs
- Foster a strong systems-driven selling culture with the sales team
- Be able to instill confidence and trust with executives of prospect and partner organizations the highest levels
- Assist in conduct market research and competitive analysis to support go-to-market activities, including pricing strategy, competitive value propositions, media channels, influencers
- Participate in positioning the portfolio with trade press, analyst community (Gartner, Forrester), and opinion leaders
What you will need -
- An MBA
- At least 15+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy and sales operations roles for analytics solutions targeting Fortune 500 companies
- Experience in selling into Hi-Tech, Consumer or Financial services industries
- Deep familiarity with the analytics market, and big data and cloud technologies
- Strong experience in leading sales operations and inside sales, executing for long sales cycles, and navigating complex deals with global corporates
- To be able to work with and collaborate across global teams
- To be a sales leader - drive consensus, be process-driven and have a strong bias for action
- Excellent communication skills: must write, speak and present information effectively
