As the Sales Director you are responsible for driving sales of BRIDGEi2i's portfolio of analytics products. As a part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for one or more of BRIDGEi2i new productized solutions, with the objective of driving sales and revenue. You will work closely with both the Marketing and Account Management teams, harnessing their scale and customer relationships to drive engagement and sales. You will be both a subject matter expert and responsible for designing and executing the sales strategy, owning the sales target from one or more product lines.

You will need to be an experienced sales leader, with domain expertise in enterprise services or software sales. You will have to be comfortable with complex and occasionally long sales cycles. You will have to collaborate and thrive in ambiguous environments, where solutions need to be customized based on client's business needs and environment. Experience in areas of CRM, advanced analytics, business intelligence and enterprise information management will be needed to perform this role. The best candidates will have a deep sense of customer needs and an in-depth knowledge of competitive offerings. They will lean on personal experiences to establish credible arguments and trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Own the overall revenue target for one or more of BRIDGEi2i new products and solutions

- Design and execute the Go To Market strategy for productized analytics solutions - drive segmentation, targeting, positioning, lead generation, nurturing and conversion into services and software business

- Partner with Account Management and Product Management to bring new products and solutions to market

- Prioritize and filter customer opportunities to identify high impact relationships that can catalyze new business growth for BRIDGEi2i

- Deploy solutions that deepen and strengthen our existing customer relationships

- Either lead or support sales and cross sell opportunities, as appropriate

- Help to define revenue targets; consistently reach or exceed quarterly revenue goals

- Work closely with Product Management to ensure a continuous feedback loop that drives improved product capabilities

Desired Experience:

- Ideal candidate will have worked within Enterprise sales, selling software solutions such as Analytics Solutions, Business Intelligence Products & Solutions, CRM, ERP or other enterprise solutions

- Very familiar with pricing and engagement models, including subscription and other enterprise pricing structures offered as SAAS, Technology deployment and / or Managed Services

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Skilled negotiator at all levels within an organization

- Highly adaptable and entrepreneurial; comfortable with fluid employer and customer environments

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment; professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent

- Strong written, presenting and oral communication skills

- Ability to learn, take charge and deliver results with minimal supervision

- High energy, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast paced start up environment

- 8+ years in a sales or business development role in the high growth technology industry

- BTech+ MBA preferred

- Willingness to be based in Bangalore and travel to different geographies based on business needs
