Role Expectations :

The person holding this position is responsible for development and implementing Web analytics solution across a variety of projects & industries. Successful candidates are expected to have a mix of analytical & functional skills - someone who can work with business requirements and develop them into a use able and scalable solution; someone who fully understands the value proposition of Web analytics, someone who has strong web analytics experience in Omniture SiteCatalyst Strategic Implementation and Re-Implementation Optimization, Google Analytics Implementation, Information reporting, Data Analysis and programming skills. The person should have the ability to delivering projects on time and as per client and senior management expectations.

Candidates will be expected to lead projects across several areas such as :

- Omniture SiteCatalyst Strategic Implementation and Re-Implementation Optimization, Google Analytics Implementation

- Generating dashboards & creating end to end reporting processes using web metrics through tools like Google analytics, Omniture Site catalyst etc

- Business analysis using clickstream / digital data

Qualification and Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in Omniture SiteCatalyst Strategic Implementation and Re-Implementation Optimization, Google Analytics Implementation, Information reporting, Data Analysis and programming skills.

- Experience should include hands-on experience of analyzing clickstream data

- Experience should include hands-on delivery of projects in business analysis

- Experience should include direct interaction with client (client management).

Skills / Knowledge :

- Strong web analytics experience in Omniture SiteCatalyst Strategic Implementation and Re-Implementation Optimization, Google Analytics Implementation, Information reporting, Data Analysis and programming skills.

- Strong experience on various stages of Web Analytics process cycle.

- An understanding of client business requirements and create customized solution designs for measuring online metrics

- Implementing best practices in tracking code implementation

- Consulting on providing solution and reporting automation based on data from different data source

- Strong experience in business analysis - analyzing digital data to come up with business recommendation

- Validating Data Capturing process and Report population in Web Analytics Tools

- Managing the Omniture SiteCatalyst Governance and Operations

- Experience on handling Digital Marketing & Analytics training sessions.

- Good communication and client management skills.

- Excellent Analytical skills & Advanced Excel including VBA.

- Basic experience in statistical modelling software such as SPSS, SAS or R.

- Strong Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills (VBA & SQL experience preferred).

- Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word applications.

- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills.

- Ability to structure problems through a data driven decision making process.

- Ability to identify and draw on leading-edge analytical tools and techniques to develop creative approaches and new insights to business issues through data analysis.

- Organized, deliberate, and reliable in structuring work, and effective as a problem solver.

- High aptitude to learn quickly, assimilates to new teams and projects, and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail.
