BRIDGEi2i Analytics is looking for talented individuals who are interested to be part of "Our" journey to build a best-in-class organization, driving increased adoption of business analytics across the globe.Objectives of this Role.

- To strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels to generate quality leads in a B2B set-up. Take ownership to identify, nurture and qualify potential customers across various industries and locations, as per organizational requirements.

Roles and responsibilities

- Executing and optimizing Google, LinkedIn and other paid social campaigns, at scale

- Create and drive Inbound marketing strategy working closely with content and design teams

- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads

- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

- Manage and drive online marketing initiatives around SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, Influencer marketing and Marketing automation

- Manage, strengthen, expand and drive actions for BRIDGEi2i's social media channels

- Present ideas and final deliverables and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

- Work seamlessly with the inside sales team to support the initial prospecting and lead qualification process

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

- Hands on expertise with online marketing tools & techniques (marketing automation - HubSpot, account-based marketing, SEO, SEM, retargeting, social media marketing, influencer marketing etc.)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

- Thorough understanding of US audiences, industry domain and business environment

- Should have experience in people and program management with a strong project management acumen

- Should have the ability to work well across teams, stakeholders and manage vendors / agencies

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in Analytics, ITES, Consulting or Product companies

- Certifications in Google Ads, SalesForce, HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Master's degree a plus

- Track record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
