- Achieve and deliver sales targets through a focussed approach.
- Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focused and continuous business development initiatives and take appropriate actions.
- Accurately identify customer needs and present a customized solution.
- Make use of the all current tools to generate leads.
- Schedule and attend calls with potential leads from around the world. An experience with handling international clients in a must.
- Timely resolve all customer issues leading to customer delight and customer stickiness.
- Identify and report relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing and scheme strategies, etc.
- Ensure strict compliance towards customer documentation in line with the organizational policies.
- Build effective relations with major customers or leads.
- Provide relevant support and generate reports on a weekly basis.
- Set up and optimize the company's sales funnel.
- Identify and attend relevant conferences and business events to attract clients.
