This is an incredibly fast paced job, working to ensure all - front of house- operations at academies live up the experience we set to create. The Customer Experience Director ensures a positive experience across all touch-points over the course of our customers' lifecycle (for as long as their child/ children are enrolled at a Bridge academy).

This role will involve close work with the Academy Operations Director, who is responsible for all - back of house- operations such as but not limited to quality assurance (our data-driven field based audit and monitoring team) or customer care (our call center serving both as the support hub for our academy manager, teachers and parents).

What you will do :

- Bridge plans to open approximately 150 academies per year, the Customer experience director will lead a team responsible for the introduction of Bridge into new communities as well as manage the continued growth of Bridge in existing communities

- The customer experience director will be responsible for the recruitment and training of academy staff (focus on managers), implementation of community engagement programmes (be these adverts, events (launch, graduation, and back to class celebrations, parent meetings, and more), or other programmes (community outreach, parent courses, pupil co-curriculars, and more) aimed at parents, pupils, staff, community leaders, and other stakeholders), and day-to-day academy management - all which lead to the sustainability and profitability of academies

What you should have :

- 8+ years of professional experience

- Proven project manager experience

- Has managed field teams successfully

- Previous work in customer goods/retail

- Experience in a start-up encouraged

- Experience oversees encouraged

- Should be excellent in English, Hindi & Telugu

- Passionate for Bridge's vision of democratizing the right for all children to succeed Customer Experience Director, India

- Previous experience and/or high-comfort level in low-income communities (can be volunteer work or travel, but candidate must be comfortable in communities where families live below the INR 100 aday poverty line).

- Flexible: ready to work hard, travel, do whatever is needed to get the job done
