Brick&Bolt - Product Head

Your Role:

- You will be leading Brick Bolt's product and design teams to ensure a world-class user experience across platforms

- 360 degrees thinking - always keep the product, business, operations in the center

- Coordinate with other functions to ensure that the business objectives are met

- Strong exposure in managing the entire Product Life cycle

- Experience of building a product from scratch would be preferred

- A data-driven strong analyst who uses user research, customer feedback and competitive insights as inputs to conceptualize and prioritize product requirements

- Lead from the front with a super data-driven and process-oriented approach while meeting deadlines

- User experience -s/he should be able to find defects

- Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmap to deliver on meeting customer expectations

- Help the team to prioritise tasks and focus primarily on solving our users' issues

- Enable features to expand business opportunities across the construction ecosystem

- Drive data obsession, ownership, transparency & entrepreneurship in the team

- Always a champion of purpose and lead primary and secondary research. Able to dissect/differentiate between alternate product constructs

- Responsible for conceptualizing and building a world-class tech platform and all other related products/platforms

- Attract & retain high quality talent across the team

Must Have:

- At least 7 years of product and team management experience

- Worked during a hyper-growth phase of a Product based tech company

- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with various teams throughout the organization, especially Engineering and Business Teams

- Ability to multi-task, delegate and be the bridge between business, ops, tech, and product teams

- Strong Problem Solving/Analysis and Strategic Thinking

- Believe in the feasibility of the mission

- The high degree of customer centricity

- Excellent documentation skills

- Strong Business Understanding

Good to Have:

- Engineering/Math/Computer Science background

- Scrum master certification

- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and ownership skills, with an eye for detail- Deep expertise in consumer internet, mobile apps and rich interaction-based platforms, that are user-focused

- Entrepreneurs with experience in building tech products from scratch will also be considered

- Design/ UI / UX Experience
