Brick&Bolt - Lead - Project Management

Skill Sets :

- Exposure to Project Management tools like Primavera/ MS Project

- Good with MS Excel

- Strong written and communication skills

Job Description :

- Address escalations from clients of all PMs

- Lead the site engineers & schedule their visits

- Ensure process adherence by SEs and PMs

- Conduct audits on process adherence by SEs and PMs

- Generate and present weekly/ monthly MIS reports

- Liaise with contractors/ vendors for major project deviations

Education :

- B.tech in Civil Engineering

- M.Tech in Project Management is optional

Experience :

- 5+ years of construction experience

- Min 2 years of team management of 10+ people

- Hands-on experience in generating MIS reports will be a plus

- Experience in process excellence role will be a plus

- Preferred Education from NICMAR, IIT- Delhi, IIT- Madras.
