Talent Acquisition: - You should have experience of handling talent acquisition across the functions at all levels in IT as well as the Non-IT domain. - Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent. - The objective of finding out new strategies and channels for hiring - Closely collaborate with co-founders to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination HR Operations: - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the employees including onboarding, employee engagement, compensation, and exit formalities - Be the Culture Champion for the company. - Understand the goals, mission, vision, and values for the company and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures and hiring talent according to that. - Provide compensation support including salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling. About You : - Postgraduate degree in HR preferably from a premier college only - Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering. - High energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals - Strong analytical and advanced decision-making skills - Should have experience in scale and mass hiring. - Exposure to working hands-on in fast-paced environments (preferably start-ups) - Flexible, open thinker and an execution champion. - Experience of managing teams of recruiters and HR professionals
