Brick & Bolt - Senior Business Analyst

About The Role

Senior Business Analyst is an Individual Contributor role where you would be involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, breaking them down into smaller parts and implementing creative, data-driven solutions. You would be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders. You would be closely working with the Product/Tech/Operations teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

- You will be closely working with the business/product teams to enable data-driven decision making.

- You will execute quantitative analysis/statistical modelling that translates data into actionable insights

- You will track KPI, analyse trends and identify potential issues/opportunities to improve them in the future

- You will drive data-driven decision making through the stakeholders

- You will influence new opportunities for business based on internal/ external data

- You will drive the team to adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems

What You'll Need

- Educational ex: Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from IIT or BITS

- Should have worked in a relevant role for a minimum of 2 years

- Good handle in SQL, Excel, and other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)

- Good To Have Prior work-ex in Customer Experience or Ecommerce
