Brick & Bolt - Associate Director - Vendor Management

We are seeking an experienced account management leader to join our team as a

Head-Vendor Management. This leader will manage external vendor relationships, drive operational excellence, lead procurement activities, and collaborate with other teams to positively impact customer experience.

The ideal candidate will draw from their previous work experience in vendor or account management, contact center management and corporate leadership roles, demonstrating their ability to manage relationships, think strategically, drive process improvements, and make data-backed decisions in a high-stakes, high-speed environment.

Key job responsibilities :

- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors

- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their Services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any service-related concerns

- Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality

- Continually monitoring trends to determine how services offered by vendors.

- Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured

- Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations

- Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors

- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them

Basic Qualifications :

- MBA or Advanced Degree

- 8+ years of relevant customer service management experience required

- 3+ years of project or program management experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
